Appointments

Credit Card REQUIRED to secure appointment at the time of booking. You will ONLY be charged if deposit is required for booking (predetermined within service booking) or failure to meet the requirements of our NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY outlined below. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Debit Cards are acceptable. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment in respect of our employees and clients.

NO REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for any services or products purchased or used in your treatments at Eve Beauty. When scheduling and consenting to any appointments, clients must understand and accept this condition.

Cancellation

48 hour advance notice is required in order to cancel any service with no charge. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a 50% service charge. 

No Shows

Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service book.

Running Late

If you're late for your appointment, your service will end at its regularly scheduled time.   We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment CLEAN face or lashes.

Gratuities

We don’t accept gratuities on credit cards, you for your understanding
